Making a Purchase
Making a purchase couldn't be easier. Simply select your items and click on the "add to basket" option. You will then be taken to the Paypal shopping cart. Once you have selected the country that you live in, the correct postage costs will be calculated. You will then have the option to "continue shopping" if you wish to buy another item or if you are finished you can "proceed to checkout" where your final cost is then presented

Payment Methods
Paypal is the current method that we use to process and pay for an order. For more details on Paypal accounts please go to: www.paypal.com
Items will not be despatched until full payment is received. Fairy Cahoots can accept cheques as payment but items cannot be despatched until the cheque has cleared and this can sometimes take up to 5 working days.

By placing an order online you are making an offer to purchase goods which, once accepted
by us, is a binding contract
Postage & PackagingIf an order for multiple items are placed at once, postage reductions are available. Please contact me via email or telephone so that I can recalculate the postage costs for you - I shall aim to do this within 24 hours.
Please note that items posted within the UK will be despatched first class standard delivery
Overseas deliveries will be sent first class Airmail unless otherwise stated
All Cards will be sent in backboard envelopes and both Prints and Journals will be sent protected by cardboard packaging.
Delivery
We aim to deliver items within 1-2 working days subject to availability. Please note, whilst every effort is made to ensure items are updated on screen, if you order an item that is temporarily out of stock we will email you to see if you wish wait for the item or cancel your order
Returns Policy
If you should encounter any problems with your order, please contact me within 7 days of receipt of item - See contacts page for telephone number and email details
Please note that opening times for telephone contact are: Mon-Fri 9am-5.30pm. Any queries can also be resolved via email Once a problem has been reported, I shall deal with the issue promptly.
If your item arrives damaged, please contact me within stated time
Please obtain proof of postage when returning items, an item cannot be refunded if it's not returned.
